Where It Started
The Crowther story began in Chicago in 1955, when Lee J. Crowther started his career in his family’s roofing business.
Twenty years later, in 1974, Lee brought that experience to Fort Myers. Florida was growing, creating an opportunity to provide year-round roofing and cooling services backed by generations of hands-on knowledge.
That move established the foundation for Crowther Roofing & Cooling as it exists today: a family-built Florida company committed to serving homeowners, businesses, and communities with dependable service and skilled workmanship.

Today, the company is led by CEO Lee S. Crowther and President Kevin Callans, with members of the Crowther family continuing to serve throughout the organization. Five generations have now contributed to the company’s growth.
